The following fee schedule includes admission to the conference, meals, snacks & lodging from 4:30 PM Thursday, October 16 until 2 PM Sunday, October 19, 2008.

The fee varies based on the type of lodging arrangements you choose according to schedule and is subject to change without notice. Please fill out the forms completely and check the dollar amount to the left of the arrangements you wish.

If you are choosing to stay in the CABINS, (the Dormitory style housing (4 per room -- same gender )) you will need to bring your own pillow and blankets. In these cabins, all the beds we will use will be floor level and, per person, one set of sheets, a wash cloth and towel will be provided. Members of groups of 4 registering together for a cabin receive an added discount

A limited number of SINGLE ROOMS may be available. Please make your request for a single room on the registration form. The date of your registration will be a consideration..

If we are able to honor your request and provide you a single room, you will be asked to pay an additional $90.00 upon later notification.

SCHOLARSHIPS may be offered on the basis of our available income and participants' available need. Those needing assistance, please do not hesitate to request it. Those receiving scholarships are asked to consider volunteer opportunities (along with everyone else).
Refund Policy
90% refunds given for written requests postmarked by August 4, 2008. No refunds after that date --- except for: 50% medical emergency or family illness or death with appropriate letter of official authorization.

In order to avoid interrupting programs in progress, everyone, including each commuter, is asked to honor program start times with punctuality.
THE SUMMIT is situated on more than 1000 acres, a beautiful secluded campus with a lake and hiking trails. It is located just 15 minutes north of Greensboro, NC at Browns Summit and 25 minutes from Piedmont Triad International Airport.
The Summit offers Motel-style Cottages with private bath.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM
The conference program includes lectures, experiential workshops and special events.
Among the optional special events are drumming and the Dances of Universal Peace, so (if you like) bring your drums and dancing shoes.
The conference begins with registration 4:30 - 5:45 PM Thursday, October 16 and ends Sunday, October 19, 2008 at 2 PM. Please plan to stay for the entire time.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CERTIFICATION forms from the National Board for Certified Counselors’ website (http://www.nbcc.org/extras/pdfs/ce/contacthrverific.pdf) will be available, if requested on the registration form, to NBCC members and others whose certifying organization will accept them. We expect that many organizations will. The forms will be provided for no added fee.
Maximum possible number of CEU contact hours = 18.75
(Subject to the approval of your certifying organization.)
SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited amount of scholarship aid may be available. Those who have financial need are encouraged to inquire regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age or religion.
CANCELLATIONS
90% refunds will be given for written cancellation requests postmarked by August 4, 2008. Because space is limited and our pricing may be below our cost, we can only offer 40% refunds on cancellations received 30 days prior to conference. After that, no refunds will be made except in the case of medical emergency or the death of a family member with authenticating letter from appropriate persons.
